Female Celebrities - Daily NewsLindsay Lohan gets SuedThursday, August 16, 2007 Lindsay Lohan was sued Tuesday for assault and negligence by a passenger in a SUV that the actress allegedly chased while drunk last month. Tracie Rice filed the suit yesterday in Los Angeles County seeking damages and the payment of her medical expenses. “What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible,” says Tracie Rice, who gave this statement to the Associated Press. “Someone could have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening.” According to the suit, Tracie Rice was in the SUV driven by Michelle Peck, the mother of Lindsay Lohan’s former assistant. The house is a 3,000 square-foot Spanish-style residence built in the 1920’s. Hilton paid $2.9 million just three years ago. Potential bidders were prescreened to weed out the commoners who just want a look-see inside the home. Hilton’s house includes a pool, Jacuzzi, a waterfall, three and a half baths, four bedrooms, cabanas, separate guest quarters and a separate office. According to Hollywood Reporter, the 38-year old actress will showcase her directing prowess in the short film she has directed entitled “Room 10,” a romantic drama starring Kris Kristofferson and Robin Wright Penn. “Room 10” happens in the set of a hospital’s emergency room. It is based on real life events of a nurse who learns a much profound meaning in life after caring for a dying patient.
