The problem is that the bulk of the fortune went to her late husband’s son, who claims that Anna Nicole is just a gold digger who married just for money. The tape is said to include Kardashian and the brother of pop phenomenon, Brandy. Hathaway commented that she never agreed to use medication for the battle against depression, and instead was able to overcome the bouts of depression with help from her family, friends, and an individual determination that she found in her own way. Nine months ago Jennifer Lopez won a breach of contract suit barring Ojani Noa from publishing his tell all book. In the lawsuit Jennifer Lopez also asked for arbitration. Last Monday, Superior Court Judge Victor H. Person ordered Ojani Noa to honor the arbitration decision. Ojani Noa, who married Jennifer Lopez after meeting her in a Miami restaurant in 1997, claims that his book is really about his life story and that Jennifer Lopez is only one portion of the book. He claims that Jennifer Lopez and her attorney, Paul N. Sorrell, are trying to ruin his reputation.
