Nicole is a familiar face on the party round in LA with her best friend Paris Hilton, who is also her costar on the TV show, The Simple Life. Nicole was arrested two nights ago in Glendale, California on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. After several motorists reported her erratic weaving and driving eastbound in the westbound lane of the 134 Freeway near Burbank, the highway patrol found her sitting quietly in her SUV and parked just off the Freeway in the car pool lane, the only occupant in her vehicle. At the time of the arrest, she admitted to having smoked some marijuana and to taking a Vicodin pill, a common painkiller.
