Gwen Stefani has promised to tone down her raunchy style and dress modestly for her upcoming Malaysian concert.
Stefani insists she is “not a bad girl” and has agreed to dress appropriately following complaints by a Muslim Students’ group.
The 10,000-member National Union of Malaysian Muslim Students has voiced its opposition to the Malaysian leg of Stefani’s ‘Sweet Escape’ tour, saying it clashed with Islamic values.

Gwen Stefani says she wants to have more children but not while she’s on tour and not until she’s done another No Doubt record. Right now, 37 year old, Stefani is with her one year old son, Kingston, while on her “Sweet Escape” tour.

Gwen Stefani’s upcoming show in Malaysia is in doubt as a group of students are calling for the gig to be cancelled.
Gwen is currently on a world tour and had planned to play in Malaysia’s capital, Kuala Lumpur on 21 August. However, the 10,000 members of the National Union of Malaysian Muslim Students are calling for a boycott of the concert because they think she dresses inappropriately and that her lyrics are too indecent.
