Aniston Finds Inner Strength

Friday, June 22, 2007

Female Celebrity Jennifer Aniston.

Jennifer Aniston made a rare spotlight appearance this week, coming out of the shadows and into Hollywood for a party for friend and author, Laura Day.

Aniston attended the party which was set to celebrate Day’s latest book, “Welcome to Your Crisis: How to Use the Power of Crisis to Create the Life You Want.” The title seems particularly fitting concerning Jennifer Aniston’s recent struggles both privately and with the media intrusion into the female celebrity’s private life.

When asked what the book title meant to her, Aniston responded, “It’s not about ‘crisis’ so much, as it is about every single person who goes through something in their life - whatever that may be.” Everyone can remember the recent romantic crises Aniston has endured - her split with former hubby Brad Pitt and a short-lived relationship with Vince Vaughn that was so typified in the couple’s film, “The Break-Up.” Regardless of the persistent media impression that Jennifer Aniston is fragile, her own words suggests she looks inward to find her strength.

“It’s just about understanding your personality, in a way, so that it’s not sort of a group decision on how people approach things,” Aniston said, speaking again about Day’s book.  One can imagine a person in Aniston’s situation wanting a good bit of time alone, away from the constant buzz about her newest fling.  She has expressed her distaste for the “scandalous” nature of Hollywood news several times, most notably in Vogue magazine.

At the end of the day, Aniston appears to be composed, and taking time out to connect with the people for whom she cares.  Brad Pitt’s mother reportedly stopped by Aniston’s home for a visit, and she’s been seen more than once with her new beau.  From the looks of things, it could be safe to say that the crisis is over for Jennifer Aniston.
