Britney Spears in Danger of Losing Kids

Britney Spears continued melt down doesn’t appear to be abating any time soon and she is in danger of losing her kids if ex-husband Kevin Federline has anything to say about it. Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline’s attorney filed a request for primary physical custody of his two children with Britney.
Federline, who is receiving $15,000 a month in alimony agreed to a 50/50 split in custody, however he said he was always uncomfortable with that arrangement. Now, with Spears’s behavior still as bizarre as it ever was, Federline filed for more custody. Since the issue is going to family court, the exact details are under seal.
Within the past week, Britney accidentally drove her Mercedes into a station wagon in the parking lot of a Studio City strip mall and left without even leaving so much as her name on a note on the vehicle she hit. This was witnessed by several paparazzi and was captured on video. The only thing Britney had to say about the accident was: “I’m a brainiac.” The owner of the vehicle, after waiting for Spears to come forward, finally filed a police report.
On top of everything else, Britney evidently partied at L.A.’s Standard Downtown hotel recently with Matt Encinias, 21, a barely of age extra from her music video and encouraged everyone there to play topless Truth or Dare, with Britney being the first to shed her top. She wasn’t exactly topless however; she did have the fake tattoos of flowers on her nipples from the video shoot. Encinias was only too happy to report to the tabloids all the grisly details and that he also shared a smooch from the music diva.
Britney Spears antics of late are well known. She managed to screw up her signature perfume ‘Believe’, which will have someone else’s body on the label. Spears walked out no less than three times during the perfume shoot before leaving for good. The shoot managed to get decent shots of Britney’s head, but none of her body. Kylie Cavaco, a stylist at the shoot played body double by getting into Britney’s clothes. Britney’s head was superimposed onto Cavaco’s body.
The actions of Britney Spears are under intense scrutiny by the media, a fact she is well aware of. With custody of her children up for grabs, it’s a wonder that she doesn’t seem to want to at least ‘act’ responsible.
