Britney Spears Loses then Gains Visitation Rights

Just what is going on with Britney Spears theses days? She lost custody, but got visitation, she forgets to get a driver’s license and forgets to get drug tested, which means she didn’t get her kids back and now she lost visitation rights for a day or two.
She must have gotten them back when she went into an emergency hearing as she was sporting her children and the court appointed monitor in her vehicle October 20.
Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon temporarily suspended Spears’ rights to see two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James every other day after she was supposedly found to be unreachable via the cell phone number she had specifically set up for court-related matters, according to E Online.
Other sources state that Spears wasn’t cooperating with the court order to continue to submit to random drug and alcohol testing or meeting with a parental counselor.
Hmm, anybody here seem to think this is a bit of an overkill? Wasn’t K-Fed supposed to meet with parental counseling as well? No one really knows now do they whether or not he is doing this? They are more concerned with Britney, albeit with good reason and that is the reason that we hear nothing about K-Fed.
Federline’s attorney stated that he soon expected Spears rights to be reinstated because, of course, by then she was already back in compliance with the courts’ rules.
With everything going on with Britney Spears and the saga of her behavior, trying to regain custody and visitation, I have to wonder what her ex-husband may have to do with constant harassment of his troubled ex. After all, he has asked for alimony, is it also child support he may be after as well? And who thinks K-Fed would be a better parent?
Regardless, Britney, according to the Los Angeles Times has rented a $9 million home in Malibu and has the option to buy after six months if she is comfortable. The property has five –acres, a pool, spa, guesthouse and room for horses.
Another custody hearing is scheduled for October 26 and Britney Spears’ new album hits stores October 30.
