Grey’s Anatomy Star Kate Walsh Engaged

It seems that the star of luck is shining heavily over Grey’s Anatomy star Kate Walsh: not only is she getting her own spinoff series in the upcoming fall season but she’s also going to get married quite soon.

2007 Screen Actors Guild Award winner confirmed last Tuesday the rumor that has been spreading lately around different media sources and certain tabloids: that she’s now engaged to her boyfriend Alex Young, production co-president of the very famous Californian film company 20th Century Fox.

Young’s blockbusters hits include renowned science fiction movies that have been released just these past few months, such as X-Men Last Stand and The Fantastic Four. He’s currently working on several other movies of the sort, although no specific names have been revealed by the time being. 

When asked what makes her fiancée so special, Walsh just answered “Oh, everything.”, while showing to the press her beautiful Neil Lane Jubilee-cut diamond ring. “He’s the most amazing man I ever met”. She also informed the press that the engagement took place last week in the refined city of San Francisco.

The American Broadcasting Company (ABC) announced formally this week that Grey’s Anatomy Kate Walsh will be starring in her own spinoff series playing once again the role of Dr. Addison Montgomery-Shepherd. The new TV series will have the name Private Practice and will be costarred by Tave Diggs and Tim Daily. The new show will be aired all Wednesdays starting this next fall. 

As a curious fact, few people know that Kate Walsh (born in California back in 1967) besides of pursuing her acting career on many different places around the USA such as Chicago and New York City performed as a model back in the 80’s in the intriguing and surrealist Japanese fashion world of that time.
