Lindsay Lohan Out of Rehab

Lindsay Lohan is leaving her ‘place of residence’ where she has been living for nearly two months. Lindsay has been the guest of the Cirque Lodge Treatment Center sobering up and generally laying low, according to E Online.

Lohan’s father Michael Lohan was there to help her pack and to pick her up. Father and daughter have been on the outs for quite some time, but the two have since reconciled.  Lohan is due to shoot the movie Dare to Love Me in Los Angeles and will continue her treatment at an outpatient at a Cirque-affiliated facility in the area.

Lohan has been rehearsing her lines and practicing dancing for this musically inclined drama as well as adhering to the rigors of rehab. She went hiking, biking, practiced yoga, went river rafting, dealt with horses and journal-writing. She was enrolled in the center’s work treatment program where she stocked shelves at a grocery store. The money she earned went to charity.

This was Lindsay’s third try at rehab this year and this one was necessary for her to complete due to her July 24 arrest, which was her second alcohol related incident of the year. She checked in to Cirque early in August.

Lohan was quoted as saying in at the time, “It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs.”

If Lohan can remain sober, she may make a good impression with law enforcement and the legal system since it looks like she is attempting to get back into shape. She was sentenced to one day in jail and placed on three-year probation. She also was ordered to perform 10 days of community service and complete an 18-month alcohol education program along with drug treatment.

Lindsay faces an April court date due to a negligence lawsuit filed by a man whose van Lindsay hit in October 2005 and is claiming she was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
