Homemaking advocate and successful businesswoman Martha Stewart has set her eye again on the Word Wide Web and is expecting to be a leading voice to the millions of women who daily surf the Internet with the launching of a revised and improved version of her personal website.

Living Omnimedia Inc. – Martha Stewart’s publishing and Content Provider Company that centers mainly on domestic arts – officially launched the overhauled website www.marthastewart.com on Tuesday 10th of April. The webpage will be primarily used as an information portal and counseling forum to support the ongoing online catalog and e-commerce business Living Omnimedia maintains on the Internet since 2005.

The totally remodeled website that was kept quite in secret for the last past few weeks has been designed using very friendly technology and having in mind that it has to cast an image on the viewer of freshness and casual elegance. It will be featuring more than 700 videos that will include many daily episodes of Stewart’s TV shows and ‘how-to’ clips; a community forum where users can write and chat about many themes such as a good idea for redecorating a Californian style living room or some new Italian cuisine recipe; and an aptly designed search engine that will permit the user to browse not only thru the website with also across 700 other web addresses to get the best results possible.

The webpage reengineering has been well received both by the public and the Media, and it is expected that this fall the community sites will be expanded to include many other features that will allow the users to share information, make reviews, save their information, filter data and interact with each other in a much more personal way.

Martha Stewart has enjoyed a substantial spring back over the past two years after her plummeting to due to legal problems. She completed her time in prison in March 2005 where she was sent due to fraud regarding some stock sale. It seems that she used that time to think things over well as she has managed to launch a number of successful fresh initiatives such as new magazines or photographic products.
