Jenny McCarthy’s Diet Secrets
Thursday, July 19, 2007
Jenny McCarthy, a Weight Watchers spokesperson and member, is just a normal woman when it comes to diet and fitness. She has fitness equipment at home that she uses to dry her clothes on.
Even though Jenny joined Weight Watchers when she was feeling her lowest at 200 pounds, and lost 60 pounds, she still has a guilty pleasure. “I have my once a month nachos,” she says, “but it’s soy cheese and turkey chili on it…” She doesn’t stop at one little bowl though; she goes for the “huge” bowl. When McCarthy travels she also loves to order room service. Her favorite room service treat? Eggs Benedict.
Jenny McCarthy first became known for being a Playmate model in 1993. This photo shoot helped her gain attention and popularity. She has risen to fame because of being bubbly and sometimes crazy. Some people just don’t know how to take her sense of humor. She has also written three comedy books about childbirth and being a mom. Her forth book, about her son’s Autism, is out in September. Jenny is currently dating Jim Carrey and they have been together since December 2005.
McCarthy sometimes strays from her diet she still has keeping shape in her mind. She is still with Weight Watchers and counts her points throughout the day.
But she also says how being toned and slim is important but being too-skinny is unattractive. McCarthy says, “…super, super skinny is not pretty-just ask any guy…Ask the guy, “Do you think that skin and bones running on the beach is attractive?’ They’ll say, ‘Hell no!’”
Fans of the female celebrity will be able to see her healthy, happy lifestyle up close; Jenny McCarthy will once again don a Playboy bunny suit in Las Vegas where she will be the first celebrity Bunny Dealer at the Playboy Club at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
