Rosie O’Donnell attacks Paula Abdul in blog

Rosie O'Donnell slams Paula AbdulPaula Abdul

Rosie O’Donnell isn’t on ‘The View’ anymore, but that doesn’t stop her from verbally blasting someone. This time it’s not the Donald, but Paula Abdul…again.

The ‘American Idol’ star was blasted in O’Donnell’s blog, which was written in her usual haiku style when she posted a rant in reference to Abdul’s reality show, Hey, Paula and accuses the star as being “broken, fragile, pain-filled, loveless, desperate, raw, vulnerable and so needy for love.”

O’Donnell must really have something against Abdul because this is the second time the verbose actress has gone after her. In January, she accused her of “probably being intoxicated” during one of her rants on The View. The rant came after The View showed a clip from the previous evenings ‘Idol’ show when Simon Cowell ridiculed a wide-eyed wannabe contestant.  It showed Abdul and other Idol judges appearing shocked at first prompting Abdul to say “I think your awesome” to the contestant, but then shared a laugh with Cowell and others after the contestant left the stage. O’Donnell took exception to that and showed it by saying “That’s compassion for you.”

O’Donnell is no stranger to controversy surrounding her stint on ‘The View.’ She was brought on to the program to inject needed life into the show, which was down in the ratings. What the program got instead was controversy. She has an oft-reported war with Donald Trump with both of them going back and forth on a personal level taking digs at hairstyles and fatness. She feuds with Bill O’Reilly after comparing him to a character in George Orwell’s 1984 and he calls for her termination.

She upsets Catholic groups because of her comments after the Supreme Court’s decision on partial-birth abortion and created an outrage when she suggests the capture of British naval personnel by Iranian forces could be related to the West looking for a pretense to start a war.

What sparked Rosie O’Donnell’s latest outburst against Paula Abdul is anybodies guess.
