Vivica A. Fox Arrested For Driving Under The Influence

It has been confirmed by official sources that “Kill Bill” star, Vivica A. Fox was recently arrested in her car, driving under the influence of alcohol. The aspiring actress was spotted driving her Cadillac erraticallyon route 101 in the San Fernando Valley.  Clocked by traffic police doing over 80 mph in a 65 mph zone, she was pulled over for further questioning.

Ms Fox failed to carryout a number of simple roadside tests, and her blood alcohol level was measured in excess of the Califonia state limit.  After being arrested for driving under the influence, she was later released awaiting the result of further police investigations.  It seems highly likely that she will be prosecuted, with the US judicial system coming down hard on suspected drink driving offenders.

The actress has been on the movie scene for some time with roles in Born on the Fourth of July, Independence Day, Batman and Robin, and Marble City to name but a few.  She is also set to star in the forthcoming Whitney Houston biopic, with many expecting this to catapult her into the higher echelons of the US acting scene.

While she has not really courted much press coverage in the past, her private life has been full of colorful characters. She wed Christopher Harvest (aka Sixx-Nine) in 1998, but the couple divorced in 2002.  Her interest in the rap scene has continued to this day with 50 Cent among one of her many fans - she has even been mentioned in a variety of rap songs.

Currently appearing in the US drama series “Missing”, Vivica A. Fox has also taken the step into directing with a co-producing role.  As her career continues to blossom, she could not have picked a worse time to fall foul of the law.
