The DNA test results are back and we now know for sure who fathered the baby of the late Anna Nicole Smith. The biological father of her baby, Daniellynn, is David Birkhead.

David Birkhead, a professional photographer, first met Anna Nicole Smith at a Kentucky Derby party in 2003. The two started dating when they met at the same event the following year.

In a press conference on Monday, Broward Medical Examiner Joshua Perper released the cause of death in the Anna Nicole Smith case. His findings revealed that Anna Nicole died of an accidental overdose of prescription medications.

Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger said that all evidence was thoroughly studied; including several hours of video footage and the contents of a lap top computer. Seminole police found no evidence of foul play.

Toxicology reports indicate that Anna Nicole was taking a mixture of anti-depressants, anti anxiety drugs, a pain medication, a sleep aid, growth hormones, and vitamin… More ...

There is new evidence in the Anna Nicole Smith investigation. Dr. Joshua Perper, the Broward county coroner, and police chief Charlie Tiger have told reporters that this new evidence could hold up the final report by weeks.

Dr. Joshua Perper has released a statement which says that this new evidence has the potential to change what he had previously determined to be the cause of Anna Nicole’s death. Today, the wishes of Anna Nicole were carried out as she was, finally, laid to rest next to her son, in the Bahamas. As of just a few short days ago it was still anyone’s guess as to when the starlet would be buried. Her mother, Virgie Arthur, had appealed the judge’s decision on the burial. Luckily, the appeal judge upheld the decision to let Anna Nicole be buried according to her wishes.

Anna Nicole Smith’s body has not yet been laid to rest due to legal battles. Smith’s long time companion, Howard K. Stern wants her to be buried next to her son, Daniel, in the Bahamas. In a sad ironic twist, CelebrityPhotoBook.com published a story earlier today about the hard knocks Anna Nicole Smith has undergone in the recent past, only to learn a few hours later of her untimely death. The famous female celebrity, actress and one-time model died after collapsing in her hotel today, shortly after noon local time.

Anna Nicole Smith has had a very bad year. Best known for her TrimSpa commercials, Anna Nicole first came to fame during her much publicized marriage to the 90 year old oil tycoon, J. Howard Marshall. When he died, Anna Nicole only received a small portion, $426 million, of the tycoon’s billions. Anna Nicole is involved in an ongoing lawsuit to get more of her late husband’s fortune.
