Wait, what? Lindsay Lohan is not drinking and not doing drugs? Maybe pigs can fly. Or perhaps her third stint in rehab actually worked. After her first rehab visit, Lohan really didn’t do the greatest job at trying to convince people that the clear liquid in her water bottles wasn’t actually vodka. So what is it exactly that makes the news gods believe that she really isn’t drinking and going to the bathroom a lot to “powder her nose?”

Lindsay Lohan says she is staying away from Los Angeles, toxic friends and is going to stay sober.
“The trouble in my family resulted in me rebelling and doing things to get my parents’ attention,” she says. “But all in all, it’s better for me now to have them (in my life). It’s healthy,” she said in a recent interview according to CNN.com. Lohan’s parents have been involved in a bitter divorce.

Lindsay Lohan is leaving her ‘place of residence’ where she has been living for nearly two months. Lindsay has been the guest of the Cirque Lodge Treatment Center sobering up and generally laying low, according to E Online.
Lohan’s father Michael Lohan was there to help her pack and to pick her up. Father and daughter have been on the outs for quite some time, but the two have since reconciled. Lindsay Lohan’s days as a Hollywood actress could be coming to an end as she has hinted that she does not want to work in the movie industry anymore.

Linsday Lohan will be back in court as early as next year following fresh driving under the influence claims.
The 21-year-old Hollywood star was allegedly drunk when she was involved in a car crash in October 2005.
Lohan was initially cleared of any wrongdoing in the accident as local police concluded that the other driver involved in the incident, Raymundo Ortega, had made an illegal U-turn.

After three years apart and in the midst of a raging custody battle between her parents, Lindsay Lohan gets a visit from her estranged father, Michael Lohan. The reunion was bittersweet – Michael flew hours from his hometown to visit Lindsay at the Cirque Lodge in Utah where she is currently undergoing drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Michael is in full support of his oldest daughter getting healthy, having been through alcohol and drug addiction himself. Michael recently spent two years in prison for a DUI himself and finished the sentence in March of this year.

Lindsay Lohan is back in the news, this time it’s to fight the lawsuit stemming from her 2005 car crash.
Raymundo Ortega, the other driver in the crash claimed Lohan was drunk when she hit his van and instituted legal proceedings against Lohan and the Ivy, a West Hollywood watering hole for at least $200,000 in damages June 14.

Lindsay Lohan is back in the news for all the wrong reasons again after being sentenced to one day in jail after she pleaded guilty to drunk driving and drug charges.
As a part of a plea bargain she will also do community service and complete a drug treatment program.
She was charged with possession of cocaine and driving under the influence, amongst other charges.

Lindsay Lohan was sued Tuesday for assault and negligence by a passenger in a SUV that the actress allegedly chased while drunk last month. Tracie Rice filed the suit yesterday in Los Angeles County seeking damages and the payment of her medical expenses.
“What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible,” says Tracie Rice, who gave this statement to the Associated Press. “Someone could have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening.”
