Paris Hilton Going To Jail?

After violating her probation, Paris Hilton may face up to 90 days in jail, the Attorney’s Office of Los Angeles announced yesterday afternoon. Hilton was caught DUI last September, when she plead no contest to the lesser charge from January 22nd of alcohol-related reckless driving. The judge put her on probation for 36 months, alcohol education, fined her $1,500, and her license was suspended.
The 26-year-old Hilton was spotted speeding down Los Angeles’s Sunset Boulevard without headlights at about 11 at night on one of the last days of February (reports differ). Police pulled over her blue… More ...

The Associated Press released a story today. In it, they asked, did anyone miss Paris Hilton? The AP conducted an experiment, in sorts, in which they refused to print any news stories on Miss Paris Hilton. The black out officially lasted for one week.
The reason for the block out, says the AP, is not a protest against Paris Hilton. Nor, is it an attempt to get the American public to focus on more important issues, namely the war in Iraq, and who will be the next president of the United States. No, they say, the reason… More ...

Paris Hilton seems to stay in and out of trouble and driving seems to be the bane of her existence, wherever she goes. She was cited for DUI and reckless driving back in September 2006 and placed on 36 months probation by the court just five weeks ago. Not only was her license suspended by the DMV, but also she was told in no uncertain terms that all laws must be obeyed. Yet, once again Paris took a chance and ignored the warnings. Paris Hilton loves her new $200,000 Bentley automobile. She drove it all around town this past weekend. Unfortunately, she was absent from driving class the day they went over car maintenance. Paparazzi caught the multi million dollar heiress stranded and gas-less not once, but three times within a 48 hour period.

Paris Hilton is ready to face the consequences of her new “erratic” driving style. Paris was pulled over by the police for ‘driving erratically’ and then arrested for driving under influence.
The officers didn’t notice who was driving the car until she was pulled over. Police concluded that she was driving under influence with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08, the minimum for a DUI charge in California. It is unclear if the second Breathalyzer she took when she arrived at the station, confirmed the first one’s result and she was not charged with any offense.
